The Legend And Mysteries of Bigfoot | Does This Legendary Creature Really Exist?
The stories of Bigfoot Sightings were present even before the recorded history and they have been given different names by different civilizations. Talking about North America, the people there will tell you the stories of seeing such a creature whose length is about eight feet, whose body is covered with black fur, and which is quite mighty as well. Usually, woodcutters and mountain hikers have seen these creatures. The creature is known by different names like Sasquatch, Almas, Mountain Warriors, and Seeahtik in different regions.
In some traditions, the creature is believed to have supernatural powers and is considered as a messenger of warning, telling humans to change their ways. North American Settlers started to report sightings of this beast between the Late 1800s to 1900s, and they also found giant footprints of this creature which were 14 to 24 inches long. An entire organization in North America is engaged in bigfoot research and they keep searching the forests of the Northwest regularly.

If we talk about its biggest evidence, it is a video footage that has not been proven by any expert fake to date. The footage was filmed alongside Bluff Creek near Klamath River in the Orleans of California. Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin launched research on this creature in the 1960s, and during this, they also encountered Bigfoot in the region and captured it on camera. The video quality of the camera at that time was quite poor, but still, we can clearly see a giant creature walking in it. Experts from around the world have analyzed this footage but no one could prove it to be fake.
Talking about the Writings of Native Americans Tribes, it gives a description of a strange creature race, which they used to call "Seeahtik". Members of this race were 7 to 9 feet long, whose body was covered with black hair. These were two-legged creatures that had supernatural powers. They used telepathy to talk among themselves in their groups. Tribe's description states that they used to keep distance from these creatures and never go close to them.
