The answer to this question depends on the study of Spanish military engineer and physicist "Emilio Herrera" who built the first spacesuit. So let's see what would happen if we went to the moon without a spacesuit?
At first, you will fill up like a balloon because the Moon has almost no atmosphere. If the atmosphere of the Moon and the Earth is compared, then the density of the Moon's atmosphere is as much as the Earth's exosphere, which means about 107 particles cm−3, due to which the biggest danger on the Moon is the lack of oxygen and Ebullism. Now what is this Ebullism, well, it means having the formation of bubbles in our body fluids due to ambient pressure.
Due to the low vacuum pressure of our space, the boiling temperature of our body fluids will become less than 37 °C. Because of that, fluids will form gas bubbles in our whole body and due to this low pressure, as air is filled in the balloon, you will swell twice your size. But here comes a twist, you won't explode like a balloon, because human skin is very stretchy and elastic, so its elasticity will save us from bursting. But our internal body parts like veins, heart, and brain will burst due to bubbles.

The second effect is fainting, like we said earlier that the biggest danger on the Moon will be a lack of oxygen. So after 15 seconds on the Moon, your body will use up all the oxygen stored in it and then Hypoxia, which means you will become unconscious due to lack of oxygen. Now you will say we can hold our breath for one to two minutes, but it will not be the case this time, because the situation of space is very different from the earth due to outside pressure. Earth's atmospheric pressure and human body pressure are the same so that we can comfortably inhale and exhale on earth. But if someone tries to hold their breath in space, the remaining air in their lungs will expand, causing the lungs to rupture. So holding your breath on the moon is not an option.

The third effect will be sunburn, as there is no ozone layer on the moon that can protect you from the Sun's UV rays. So due to direct contact with these rays, you can get a sunburn, and these UV rays, and high energy photons, meaning gamma rays can cause mutation in your DNA, so even if you somehow avoid dying, you will not be able to avoid cancer. So if everything is put in very simple words, then after going to the moon without a spacesuit, you will swell due to the pressure and will get a sunburn, and even get cancer because of UV rays, and due to lack of oxygen will cause fainting. And finally, your lungs may also burst, but don't stress because you will be able to survive there for at least 1 minute.
